CranioSacral Therapy

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.


Massage Therapy
Various therapeutic techniques applied to the soft tissues; muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints for relief of a variety of conditions. Lotion may be applied to the skin for various techniques such as Muscle Striping, which can range from a soft to deep pressure to relieve adhesions, commonly known as “knots”.
Shiatsu (Acupressure) 
Japanese for “finger pressure”, based on TCM – Traditional Chinese Medicine. Balances the meridians through applying pressure to the pressure points.

Specialized Massage Therapy Techniques:

Joint Play – Joints are manually mobilized to increase mobility in joints.

Myofacial Trigger Points – Trigger Points are pain patterns which may be radiating from a distance source. Pressure or Muscle stripping techniques are applied to relieve referral pain patterns.

Fascial Release – Fascia is a layer of connective fibrous tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, organs, nerves, blood vessels and other structures. Fascia is an uninterrupted, three-dimensional web of tissue that extends from head to toe, from front to back, from interior to exterior. Fascial Release is a technique used to relieve adhesion and pain as well as increase flexibility of the Fascia.

Lymphatic Drainage – a manual technique used to decrease edema (fluid retention), often found in the limbs due to circulatory issues.
